Karen Fennell is a “Multi-Million Dollar Producer” and started her real estate career nearly a decade ago. She is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. Karen is a “Triple Crown Award” winner, and she has earned the “Top Producer Award” in Texas during her industry tenure.  In her home state of Oklahoma, Karen focuses on residential properties in the surrounding areas of Hochatown, Idabel, and Broken Bow; she is a proud graduate of Broken Bow High School. Karen brings a copious expanse of knowledge and experience to the transaction table for all her clientele. Prior to her career in real estate, Karen was a Regional Membership Director for ClubCorp and an Analyst for an Oil & Gas Company; further she has managed Human Resources in the educational arena and worked as a governmental Social Worker for multiple counties in Southeastern Oklahoma. Her prior familiarity with these fields makes her unique in the world of real estate; her tenure in educational administration allows her to guide clients with families searching for ideal school systems, Karen finds the perfect location for their family’s needs. Her work with the State of Oklahoma was instrumental in developing knowledge of the majority of the state. Her expertise is not limited to specific areas hence, she can offer omni-directional support for those moving to Oklahoma. Additionally, having worked for many years in the Oil and Gas industry, she is keenly aware of geologic practice, mineral right legalities, and the negotiation processes often required between the State of Oklahoma and Native American Nations. Karen has exceptional organizational skills, is a team player, and her attention to detail is beyond compare.  As an award winning agent in Houston, Texas, one of the largest markets in the United States, Karen understands how competitive the housing market can be; “working in Houston, a wonderfully diverse city, I have had the pleasure of working with clients from all over the world and I am looking forward to using my experience and vast knowledge of real estate to help buyers and sellers in the Broken Bow area, the place I still call home!” Additionally, and beyond the creative staging and design skills she often draws upon for her clients, she brings remarkable intellectual value and worth, outstanding communication skills, and it is rare to find an individual who is more dedicated to community awareness. She currently serves as the Secretary for the Golfers Against Cancer Board, is an Ambassador for the Greater East Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce and serves with the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Additionally, Karen is an extraordinary golfer, and a member of the KWGA ladies golf league.  She enjoys volunteering for Kids’ Meals on Wheels, recognizing the importance of an organization that feeds over ten-thousand children daily. She also volunteers for Finishing Touch Ministry with a philosophy of “Everyone needs a place to call home”. She is also fond of travel and an avid University of Oklahoma sports fan.
